10:45 am *Pit Crew volunteers arrive to move from trailer to warmups (then help props)
10:45 am *Prop Crew volunteers arrive to panel the towers – meet at trailer
11:00 am Warm-ups / Run-throughs
11:00 am *Water Crew makes sure battery & front ensemble have water bottles
12:56 pm Push to Warmup B (Pit Crew to help pit move – leave props by 12:45)
1:16 pm Push to Ready line
1:21 pm Ready line

1:41 pm Fold floor / block instruments by trailer
1:50 pm Eat lunch (bring lunch or buy concessions – bring money!)
2:01 pm Watch other preliminaries (Flux & Vision 2:01 & 2:11, Breakthrough at 2:24)
