There are a few ways to pay off your band fees.

First of all, you need to know that some band fees are located on your student's Infinite Campus account. These fees are school fees and must be paid via IC or the school bookstore. The additional fees are noted on your Cut Time account and can be paid either online through Affinipay (via Cut Time), tax credit, or check.

ACCOUNT BALANCE

To find out how much you currently owe, please log in to "My Band Account" (using your login email and password) and navigate to the financial obligation portion of your account to see current balances. Please give our booster treasurer at least a week to update accounts.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Instrument rental fees are a separate district fee and cannot be paid for by tax credit or a check to the boosters.

Paying via Zelle

As an alternative to sending in a check, you may make a direct payment to the CVHS BPO using Zelle (accessible through your banking website or app). Address payments to cvhsbandsbpo@gmail.com or scan the QR code below in your banking app. When making a payment please include your student’s name and the purpose of the payment (i.e. Marching Band Fees, Winter Fees, Audition Fees). Payments made without this information may be delayed.

Please note that CVHS BPO is NOT charged processing fees if you pay via Zelle.

Paying with Credit Card via Paypal

Log into your student's Charms account by clicking on "My Band Account" below.  You will need to know your login information and password.  Navigate to your finances. You can pay “Fixed Payments” that are set amounts OR click on “Make a Miscellaneous Payment” for different amounts. Follow the prompts and enter credit card information. The convenience fee will be calculated automatically to cover the charges incurred by the CVHS BPO.


Paying with a check

Another way to pay fees is to simply write a check to "CVHS BPO." You can send the check in with your student. HAND THE CHECK to Mr. Kozacek and he will deposit the check in the booster's locked cabinet in the band room.


Paying with Tax Credit

Find out how you can pay fees using tax credit by following the link below. MAKE SURE that if you pay with Tax Credit, you MUST send a copy of your tax credit receipt to Mr. Kozacek so he will credit your account. Also be sure to send receipts of donations made from other family members for your student.
