2:00 – Call Time in band room

2:15 – Load buses and depart Campo; don’t forget to bring – black socks, compression shirt, athletic or boxer shorts, marching shoes, instrument, money for dinner, snacks and water for bus ride (get hydrated!), gloves, uniforms and shakos;

4:45 - Dinner at fast food;

5:45 - Depart for Bradshaw Mtn HS

6:00 – Arrive at Bradshaw Mtn; checkin

6:15 – Unload; Visual warm-ups and pre warmup throughout campus

7:15 – Warmup area (caption warm-ups for 10, ensemble for 20)

7:45 – Leave warmup area; Gate Time

8:00 – Performance Time

8:45 – Awards

9:15 – Load truck

10:00 – Depart Bradshaw Mtn; if you are checking out your student, please let us know ahead of time...and then sign them out with a director the night of the show

12:15am– Arrive at CVHS; Unload truck
