2:15 – Load buses and depart Campo; don’t forget to bring – black socks, compression shirt, athletic or boxer shorts, marching shoes, instrument, money for dinner, snacks and water for bus ride (get hydrated!), gloves, uniforms and shakos;
4:45 - Dinner at fast food;
5:45 - Depart for Bradshaw Mtn HS
6:00 – Arrive at Bradshaw Mtn; checkin
6:15 – Unload; Visual warm-ups and pre warmup throughout campus
7:15 – Warmup area (caption warm-ups for 10, ensemble for 20)
7:45 – Leave warmup area; Gate Time
8:00 – Performance Time
8:45 – Awards
9:15 – Load truck
10:00 – Depart Bradshaw Mtn; if you are checking out your student, please let us know ahead of time...and then sign them out with a director the night of the show
12:15am– Arrive at CVHS; Unload truck

Band camp will be held at Campo Verde HS this year. This is a mandatory traditional rehearsal that takes place before school starts for the marching band members to begin learning marching technique, music and begin working on the show (musically and visually). If you are not at band camp, you are not guaranteed a spot in the show.
Please email with any conflicts so that it may be resolved! The Marching Band includes all Wind Instrument players, Percussionists, and Colorguard.
All wind instruments who are new to the marching program are required to attend “rookie camp".” This camp will cover the marching basics for wind instruments. If you are in colorguard or a percussionist, you are not required to attend the rookie camp.
The drumline will have a separate camp prior to band camp beginning. The camp is required and will be an intense two day camp to prepare the drumline for marching band summer camp.
Percussion will be having summer rehearsal every Thursday. These practices will help you make the transition into the marching season. Anyone who cannot make these practices should inform the Director, as well as either Dakota McConnell or Matt Anders, as soon as possible. We understand that summer travel may have already been planned, and that is ok. However, if you are in town, you are expected to be at the rehearsals.
Woodwind/Brass will be having summer rehearsal every Wednesday. These practices will help you make the transition into the marching season. Anyone who cannot make these practices should inform the Director, as well as either Dakota McConnell or Matt Anders, as soon as possible. We understand that summer travel may have already been planned, and that is ok. However, if you are in town, you are expected to be at the rehearsals.
Guard will be having summer rehearsal every Tuesday and Thursday. These practices will help you make the transition into the marching season. Anyone who cannot make these practices should inform the Director, as well as either Dakota McConnell or Matt Anders, as soon as possible. We understand that summer travel may have already been planned, and that is ok. However, if you are in town, you are expected to be at the following rehearsals:
Tuesday - 5:30 - 8:30 pm.
Thursday - 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
